OTR Solo: Lease Purchase
- Top lease drivers run up to 3,000 miles/week, earn up to $120,000/year (net) with bonuses
- Earn mileage pay based on the length of haul, no less than $1.00 mile
- $.99/gallon fuel, regardless of price at pump
- Weekly and monthly safety incentive pay up to $.30/mile
- $800 Orientation Completion Pay
- Run 99% no-touch freight
- Full Service Maintenance Plan: Covers all mechanical parts for one low per-mile cost

OTR Team: Lease Purchase
- Hiring pre-existing teams only; refer a teammate and earn $1,200
- Run High-Value-Freight; runs only offered to internal teams
- Average pay: Up to $4600/week per truck (includes bonuses)
- Minimum pay: $3,200/week minimum incentive pay
- Miles: Top teams average close to 5000 miles/week
- Teams have 1 truck payment: all expenses are split

OTR Solo/Team & Dedicated: Company Driver
- Hiring Solo and Team OTR Company Drivers in select states: AZ, CO, ID, NV, UT
- Solo: $0.42 CPM, $75 Minimum Load Pay, Layover Pay & Stop Pay
- Team: $0.65 CPM, $75 Minimum Load Pay, Layover Pay & Stop Pay
- 99% no-touch freight
- Hiring Dedicated Company Drivers in Midwest/Northeast
- Earn up to $1,800/week
- Weekly home time or better
