OTR Company and Lease
- Company: Gross up to $80,000 per year
- Base CPM range: $0.50/mi with scheduled raises up to $0.60/mi
- Monthly safety & incentive: $0.15/mi
- Lease: Net up to $138,000 per year (includes bonuses), running up to 3,000 miles/week
- Base CPM range: $1.12 - $2.85 based on length of haul
- Monthly safety & performance incentive up to $.30/mi
- Stop pay, breakdown pay, layover pay, detention pay
- $800 orientation completion pay
- Run 99% no-touch freight

Dedicated Drivers
- Weekly minimum pay ranging from $1,200 - $1,800 based on account
- Scheduled raises based on tenure
- Home time: Weekly to bi-weekly based on account
- $800 orientation completion pay
- Touch freight % varies based on account
